General Information on Data Processing

We process personal data exclusively in accordance with the legal provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG). The protection of your personal data is a particular concern for us. Therefore, we process your data solely on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2021).

Processing of personal data on our website

a) Contact form

If you fill out the contact form on our website, the following data will be processed:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Content of the message

    Purpose: Processing your request and contacting you. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent). Retention period: We store your data as long as necessary to process your request or as required by legal retention obligations.

b) Server logs (technically necessary data)

When you access our website, information is automatically collected by the web server (operated by Odoo S.A.), including:

  • ​ IP address
  • Date and time of access
  • Browser type and version
  • OS - Operating System

These data are technically necessary to provide our website and are not used for personal identification.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and stable operation).

c) Integration of Google Maps

Our website uses the Google Maps service to display map content, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When you access a page that includes a Google Maps map, information about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transmitted to and stored on Google servers. This may also involve transmission to servers of Google LLC in the USA. Google may use this data to create user profiles, for example, to display personalized advertising. The data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in an appealing presentation of our online offerings) or based on your consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, provided you have given this through the cookie banner. d) Social Media Buttons (Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, and Facebook)

Our website includes buttons to our profiles on Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, and Facebook. By clicking these links, you will be redirected to the respective external platform. Please note that from this point on, the privacy policies of the respective provider apply:

e) Embedding YouTube videos

Videos from the YouTube platform are embedded on our website.

YouTube is operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

When you visit a page that has a YouTube video embedded, a connection is established to Google's servers. During this process, personal data, particularly your IP address and information about your use of the website, is transmitted to Google. If you are logged into your YouTube or Google account, Google can directly associate your browsing behavior with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your Google account before visiting our website.

There may also be a transfer of data to servers of Google LLC, based in the USA. Google may use the data to create user profiles, for example, for personalized advertising or analytical purposes.

The data processing is carried out on the basis of:

  • Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in an appealing presentation and user-friendliness of our website) or
  • Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (Consent), provided that you have given this consent previously via the cookie banner.

We do not transmit any personal data to these providers when simply linking. Only when you actively click on the respective link will data (such as your IP address) be transmitted to the respective platform.

Recipient / Processor
To provide and maintain our website, we use the service provider Odoo S.A., Rue des Chartreux 53, 1000 Brussels, Belgium, as our hosting and platform provider. We have a data processing agreement with Odoo S.A. in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR. For more information, please refer to Odoo's privacy policy:https://www.odoo.com/de_DE/privacy

Data transfer to third countries
The data processed by Odoo S.A. may be shared with subprocessors outside the EU (e.g., the USA) as part of support and maintenance services. The appropriate level of protection is ensured through standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).

Automated Decision-Making / Profiling
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling procedures.

You have the right at any time to:

    • Deletion (Art. 17 GDPR)
    • Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) - Change cookie settings
